In the position of Early Learning and Child Care Program Consultant is Natalie Lane, RECE, EPE-I. In her role, Natalie will support early year’s sites within Coaching and Mentoring Services, Quality Child Care Niagara and training services. She will also be responsible for facilitating training sessions related to quality pedagogy and curriculum practices. Natalie has enjoyed a 7 year career in early learning and child care in a variety of positions. Some of these positions include working directly with children, supervisory roles working as a leader on early learning and child care teams, partaking in literacy programs offered to parents through Speech Services Niagara as well as hosting small information sessions amongst other leaders in child care settings. Natalie had the opportunity to work directly with individuals from Collège Boréal involved in the Early Childhood Education program offered in French at Niagara College. She took part in teaching adults in a classroom setting the foundations of “Observation, Documentation and Implementation” for early learning programs.
